By being a good listener, effective speaker, patience, have a better understanding of a customer's needs, and be punctuality in my information.

1. What will you do if your customer asks you a question and you didn't know knowledge to answer him?
I will put him on hold and ask my friend in my work. Or I will make my friend speak with him and know it after ending calls.
2. What will you do if the customer abused you during call
I will try to make him calm down by listening to him carefully and talking to him in a polite way , and let him to explain the entire problem to me then I'll take my steps to solve this problem , After that I'll take all my steps to avoid this problem in the future.
3. What will you do if your friend in your work said to customer wrong knowledge?
I will to correct to him the knowledge and if he repeats it again I will speak with manager.
